Primary Roles and Responsibilities for Moris Media Interns:

  1. Project Ownership:  Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
  2. Skill Development:  Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance your expertise.
  3. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively within cross-functional teams, communicating clearly and building strong relationships with colleagues.
  4. Research & Analysis:  Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights to inform strategic decisions.
  5. Content Creation & Optimization:  Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
  6. Campaign Execution & Analysis:  Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across different channels.
  7. Client/Customer Relationship Management:  (Relevant roles) Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers, providing excellent service and support.
  8. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize results.
  9. Strategy Development:  Contribute to the development of marketing, sales, or HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  10. Social Media Management:  (Relevant roles) Craft compelling social media content, manage community engagement, and analyze platform performance.
  11. Lead Generation & Nurturing:  (Sales/marketing roles)  Identify and qualify potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
  12. Recruitment & Onboarding: (HR roles) Support recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and assist with onboarding new employees.
  13. Public Relations & Media Outreach: (PR roles)  Draft press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and manage media inquiries.
  14. Customer Service & Support: (Relevant roles) Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Primary Skills & Experience:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in an office or customer service setting is preferred, but not required. (Relevant volunteer experience or extracurricular activities may also be considered.)
  • Personality:
