Education: A Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is typically required. A Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) is often advantageous, especially in specialized areas.

Bar Association Membership: Active and in-good-standing membership in the relevant bar association or legal governing body is essential.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a Legal Advisor or in a similar legal role, preferably within the specific industry or related sectors.

Legal Writing: A track record of drafting legal documents, agreements, and legal opinions, demonstrating strong legal writing skills.
